VALORANT STORE AND COSMETIC CONTENT

Greetings to all VALORANT gamers, both past and present. My name is Joe Lee, and I oversee game revenue. You have most likely already seen the work-in-progress VALORANT shop and a tiny sample of the weapon skins and other cosmetic stuff accessible through the closed beta or elsewhere.

I, along with the Premium Content team, hope you will be able to assemble and personalize your VALORANT experience so that it represents your performance, playstyle, or even just your preference for flashy weapons.

Our top priority is creating a fantastic game. All you have to concentrate on is making your shots and heading B, but then going A. The collection of optional bonuses won't ever have an impact on gameplay. or doing well, but doing well.

I'll go into more detail on cosmetic stuff and where to find it below. This is your succinct synopsis:

Agent Contracts must be completed to unlock additional Agents, weapon skins, player cards, and sprays.
Use VALORANT Points to unlock weapon skins in the Store. Spend Radianite Points to "evolve" specific weapon skins and delve further into a theme.
At launch, you can earn things in the Battle Pass by playing both the free and premium tracks.

STORE

The Featured and Offers areas of the Store are where weapon and melee skins are rotated. Every two weeks, the Featured section and every two to three days, the Offers section rotate.

You can utilize VALORANT Points, often known as VP, as the premium cash to unlock content. Only real money can be used to buy VP within the VALORANT game client.

WEAPON AND MELEE SKINS

Since VALORANT is a first-person shooter, you will find yourself examining your weaponry frequently. It was only logical to base the customization mostly on distinctive weapon skins. They are available in-store, via Contracts, and with the Battle Pass.

Even with all of the various customizations we have prepared and in the works, we took care to ensure that no content, weapon skins in particular, would obstruct gameplay. While a weapon's attributes (model, animation, visual effects, and audio) may alter when a skin is applied, these modifications are not meant to provide the player any advantages or disadvantages. We will make the necessary adjustments if we discover that any skin has accidentally crossed this boundary.

It's also crucial to remember that other players will only notice modifications to the skin's model. Every additional modification, such as new animations for reloading and equipping, visual effects, and noises, will solely affect you personally and have no bearing on other players (for example, an adversary will always perceive a Vandal with a different skin tone as a Vandal).

POINTS OF RADIANCE EVOLVE YOUR SKINS

Radianite Points are being introduced by VALORANT as a means of evolving specific weapon skins. When you have the skin, the first level becomes accessible. Each new level, which offers modifications like new visual effects, sounds, animations, special finishes, and varieties, can then be unlocked with Radianite Points.

The battle pass is the main source of Radianite Points, although you can also get extra in the store.

TERMS OF SERVICE

Every player will have two contract spaces that they can advance through simultaneously. You won't ever have to worry about choosing between a battle pass reward and an Agent unlock because all XP obtained from matches and tasks will be applied evenly to both slots.

An agent contract or an onboarding pass will be used to occupy Slot 1. A ten-tier onboarding pass is given to new players. Any two Agents of your choosing can be unlocked by completing the onboarding pass. You will be able to equip an Agent contract and begin collecting Agent-specific prizes once the onboarding pass has been completed.
Our combat pass, or what we like to call our Story Contract, will always occupy Slot 2. On this contract, you'll always make progress and receive incentives as you go.

CONTRACTS AGENT

Every Agent has ten levels of Contracts that, when fulfilled, grant you access to various unique goods, but the main prize is the acquisition of another Agent.

You have two options for getting to tier 5 (straight to the Agent) in the Agent contract: grind or buy your way there. After that, you'll have to earn everything through play for tiers 6 through 10. This is how you can demonstrate that you are the greatest one-trick viper in the world.

STORY CONTRACT, ALSO KNOWN AS BATTLE PASS (AVAILABLE AT LAUNCH)

The VALORANT Battle Pass, which is available right now, rewards you for playing VALORANT and provides you with a path to advancement and cosmetic unlocks. Both a premium track and a free track will be available to everyone. Folks, it's the same concept here: the optional accessories are made to customize your gaming experiences without changing the gameplay itself.

Once more, the combat pass is not available in closed beta; instead, it becomes available upon the launch of VALORANT. That is all we currently have.

Joe "SWAGGERNAU7" On VALORANT, the shop teams, progression, and cosmetic content are collaborated with by LEE, the sales lead. The only thing more intense than his laser-like attention on dropping amazing stuff for the game is his commitment to ensuring that the Operator is never nerfed.
